Help
How can we help?
Activate your card
Open app.tap2glance.com (or the Tap2Glance app), sign in with Google or email, and choose Link a product. Tap the card with your phone, scan its QR code, or type its ID.
New cards come with a 6-digit claim code from the seller. Enter it when asked; it can be used once. If a card has no code and asks for one, contact the seller for a new code.
Your card’s digital service runs for 2 years from the day you activate it.
Choose what people see
Pick a profile for the card, fill it in, and choose field by field what anyone who taps it sees under “What people see when they tap”. Health details on a medical profile are shown unless you hide them.
You can switch the card to another profile, or send taps to a website instead, at any time.
Renewals and extensions
Products → Validity shows how long each card has left. To add a year, request an extension there, pay the seller as they instruct, and enter your payment reference; the seller confirms it and the year is added.
Extending early keeps the time you have left. Approved extensions are not refunded.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards
On the card’s page, choose Report lost or stolen. Anyone who scans it then sees an unknown card, and it can’t be passed on. Its validity keeps running. If it turns up, choose I found it.
For a replacement, contact the seller. They hand you a new card and move your profile and remaining validity to it; the old card stops working for good. The seller sets the replacement price, which may be free.
Giving a card to someone else
On the card’s page, create a transfer link and send it to the new owner. When they accept it, the card and its remaining validity are theirs; your profiles stay with you.
QR contact
Someone who scans your card can send you a message without seeing your number. You choose, per card, whether messages and calls are allowed, and can set quiet hours and block a sender.
Your data and your account
Your account page lets you download everything we hold about you, and delete your account. Deletion happens after 30 days; signing in again before then cancels it. See the privacy page for what is kept and why.
Still stuck?
For a card, a code or a payment, contact the seller you bought from. For your account or your data, use the form on the privacy page. Businesses: see partner onboarding.
